With water shortages all over the world and the amount that is wasted every day, should all households be installed with water meters?......

Definately yes! It might make people stop and think about how much water is actually being wasted in their house hold.

I put a filled two litre milk carton in our cistern, our water bill has halved.
(Is filled with water not milk. ;D ;D)

Well, it worked.. When we moved into the flat last year, the water bill was set for £30 per month..
With putting the filled containers in the cistern, the bill has dropped to £16.80 per month.. (We have water meters)
*Cat feels rather pleased*
